Live Gaming offers to allow you to play its private server of internet based 3D MMORPG "Live MU Online" (the "MU") conditioned on your agreement to all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. Your use of Live MU Online constitutes your agreement to all such terms and conditions.

To confirm your agreement, you should click on the "I Agree" button at the end of this Agreement. If you do not so agree, you should click on the "I Do Not Agree" button at the end of this Agreement, in which case you reject the offered terms of use and will not be permitted to play MU Online. This Agreement becomes effective when you click on the "I Agree" button, and remains effective unless your membership is cancelled or terminated.

Live Games may amend or revise this Agreement at any time and at its sole discretion, and such amendment or revision shall be effective upon posting of such revised agreement on the Live Games website (the "website"). User hereby agrees to review this Agreement by accessing the website periodically to become aware of any such revisions.

Intellectual Property: Shall mean all patents, designs, utility models, copyrights, know-how, trade secrets, trademarks, service mark, trade dress and any other intellectual property rights in or related to the Game or Technical Information.

Technical Information: Shall mean the software, know-how, data, test result, layouts, artwork, processes, scripts, concepts and other technical information on or in relation to the Game and the installation, operation, maintenance, service and use thereof.

User Account: Shall mean the game information and personal information including user's ID that is managed in order to use Live Games's Service.

Game Character: Shall mean game information that user selects, creates and/or modifies and controls in the game.

Live Games offers Live MU Online as a private server accessible at "www.Live Games.ph". Live Games reserves the right to change the URL address of the website at any time. To use the Service, you will need to install the software made available from the website (the "Software"). Anyone desiring to use the Service is required to establish an account with Live Games (the "Account"). Live Games does not provide Internet access, and you are responsible for all fees associated with your Internet connection.

Accounts are available only to individuals 13 years of age or older. You are required to provide true, accurate, and complete information. Live Games reserves the right to refuse user names that are illegal, protected by trademark, or inappropriate. You agree to keep your password confidential and to notify Live Games if you believe that the security of your password has been compromised.

Ownership: The Account that user uses to access the Service, the character you select, create and/or modified and any and all items that Live Games stores in the server, and other data that the server or account may have is not the property of the user but Live Games.

Former Members: Members whose Accounts have been terminated by Live Games may not access the Service in any manner or for any reason, including through any other Account, without the express written permission of Live Games.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Live Games and its affiliates from any loss, claim, demand, cost and expense (including reasonable legal fees) asserted by any third party due to or arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

Either you or Live Games may terminate your Account at any time. Upon termination, you will lose any characters and items accumulated and you will not have the right to transfer, sell or assign them to anyone else. In the event that an account is terminated, Live Games may terminate any and all other accounts that share the member name, email address, or internet protocol address with the terminated account.

USER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT Live Games SHALL NOT ASSUME OR HAVE ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY ACTION BY Live Games OR ITS CONTENT PROVIDERS WITH RESPECT TO CONDUCT, COMMUNICATION OR CONTENT OF THE SERVICES. Live Games'S ENTIRE LIABILITY AND USER'S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY SHALL BE LIMITED TO AN AMOUNT EQUAL TO THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY USER FOR THE DEFECTIVE SERVICE.

Personal information is used for internal purposes only. We do not guarantee the security of private transmissions against unauthorized interception. We authorize the disclosure of information to law enforcement agencies if necessary to investigate problems or as otherwise required by law.

YOU MAY NOT USE THE SERVICES TO:

• Harass, threaten or embarrass another User.
• Post or transmit sexually explicit images.
• Transmit any unlawful, harmful, or obscene content.
• Use "Scrolling" disruptions or engage in disruptive behavior.
• Impersonate Live Games employees, monitors or hosts.
• Post or transmit chain letters or pyramid marketing schemes.
• Modify any files that Live Games does not specifically authorize.

The contents of the website are copyrighted as a collective work under the Republic of Korea copyright laws under the name of Webzen, Inc. ("Webzen"). Live Games has been granted by Webzen the exclusive license to market and operate MU in the Philippines, Guam, and the Northern Mariana Islands. User may not modify, publish, or exploit any content without written permission from Webzen and Live Games.

The relationship between you and Live Games shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any action arising out of the Service must be commenced within 1 year after such claim arose or be forever barred. Section titles are for convenience only and have no legal effect.
